1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp capers
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 clove garlic clove(s)
3 Tbsp bell pepper(s)
place all ingredients in food processor except bell pepper. cover and proccess with quick on/off until slightly coarse. spoon into serving bowl and serve with crackers of choice.
Olives should equal 1 1/2 cups pitted olives
remember to add points for crackers in your journal serving size is 2 tablespoons each
