HOT CRAB DIP

Ingredients

8 oz light cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Dole Green Onions
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine
1 serving splenda
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic clove(s)
6 oz canned crabmeat
1/3 cup almonds

Instructions

heat oven to 375 degrees, mix all ingredients excpet sliced almonds and crabmeat in a medium bowl until well blended. stir in crabmeat. spread crabmeat mixture in an ungreased pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. sprinkle with almonds. bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. serve with crackers

Special Notes

remember to count points for the crackers. The mustard should be ground mustard.
