ingredients

4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 item(s) whole hard-boiled egg(s)
4 serving(s) BEST FOODS LIGHT MAYO
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup(s) onion(s)
1/2 cup(s) bell pepper(s)
1 serving(s) canned pink salmon

Instructions

drain salmon. chop eggs, dice onion and bell pepper. Mix all ingredients in bowl add salt and pepper to taste.

Special Notes

you can serve this on a bed of fresh greens as a nice side dish or make a sandwich using whole wheat or rye bread
