1 cup water
3 Tbsp sugar

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine apples and 1 cup water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until tender, mash apple till smooth. stir in sugar and pie spice. spoon 2 teaspoons apple mixture in center of each wonton. Brush edges with water, fold in half diaginally and press edges to seal. coat each wonton with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and crisp. remove from baking shet and drain wontons on paper towels. combine powdered sugar and cinnamon, sift over warm wontons. serve immediately.
