zucchini crescent pie

ingredients

4 cup(s) zucchini
1 cup(s) onion(s)
2 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground oregano
1 item(s) egg
3 item(s) egg white(s)
8 roll(S) reduced-fat crescent roll dough
2 tsp mustard
8 oz Kraft 2% Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

instructions

heat over to 375 spray skillet with non stick butter flavored spray, add zuc, and onions, stir 6 to 8 minutes stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano. in large bowl combine egg and egg whites and cheese, stir in cooked vegatable mixture. seperate douch into 8 triangles place in ungreased 20 in pie plate,press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. spread with mustard, pour egg and veggie evenly into pan bake 18-22 minutes or until crust is done
