Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/8 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine 2 pound apple(s) 2 Tbsp sugar
Instructions
combin quick cooking oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and dash salt. cut in margerine till mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside peel core and slice fruit to make 5 or six cups place fruit in 10x6x2 inch baking dish. sprinkle with granulated sugar. sprinkle crumb mixture over all, bake in a 350 oven for 40 to 45 minutes
Special Notes
can be made with peaches, necterines, or plums or any com bination as long as 5 to 6 cups of fruit are used
can top with ff cool whip or lf vanilla icecream rember count those extra pts
you can use 1 ll of cranberries and 1lbs of apples mixed and it would be really good.
