3 oz low-fat Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp store-bought horseradish

Place cottage cheese in blender or food processor, top with cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. add finely chopped ham, swiss cheese, parsley, horseradish, mustard, and poopy seeds. cover and chill thoroughly Yeild 1 cup
I am saying a serving size is 2 tablespoons. I think there are 16 in a cup????
