2 pound cooked lean ground turkey

1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats
3 medium egg white(s)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven to 350. Finely chop the onion and combine with the ground turkey, egg whites, and oats in a mixer using the dough hooks. Season to taste with garlic powder, chili powder, ground black pepper, paprika, basil, and oregano. Then add the soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Blend well and press into a square baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Ground turkey should be raw. The list didn't have raw ground turkey on it.
