Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups low-fat granola 1 egg white 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cores, and thinly sliced 1/4 cup dried cranberries 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon
1. prheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
2. place the granola in a food processor or blender; pulse several times till finely chopped. Add egg white, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water. Pulse several times, until misture holds togther. With moistened fingers, press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and up sides of the pie plate.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the apples, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly over crust and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of water. Cover with foil and bake until apples are tender, 40-50 minutes. coll on a rack for 10 minutes; serve warm.
